Specific conditions
- A security deposit of €1,500 will be required by cheque on departure of the vehicle.
The vehicle hiree must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid driving licence that complies with the following regulations:
- Gross Vehicle Weight (F2) CAR + Gross Vehicle Weight (F2) VAN not exceeding 3,500 kg = Category B licence
- Vehicle combinations with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) greater than 3,500 kg and less than 4,250 kg = Category B96 licence
- Vehicle combinations with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) greater than 4,250 kg = Category BE licence
An administrative fee of €80 will be charged in addition to the repair costs in the event of damage to the van
The hirer must present the driving licence and the registration document and insurance certificate for the towing vehicle
The van must be used exclusively for transporting horses.
Any other use is prohibited.
A property inspection will be carried out on arrival and departure.
Any damage will be charged.

Conditions d'annulation modérées
A 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. A 50% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation happened between 48 hours to 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
